Gerald M. Pops will be the next person featured on Chautauqua People.
The program will air at 1:30 and 7:30 PM each day beginning on July 4 with the last airing on July 10.
Jerry has had a distinguished career earning both a law degree (J.D.) and doctorate (Ph.D.) in Public Administration. He served as an Air Force Judge Advocate Corps attorney, staff member supporting the California state legislature, and college professor. The bulk of his academic career was served at West Virginia University in Morgantown, WV. He is a student of General George Marshall and authored Ethical Leadership in Turbulent Times: Modeling the Public Career of George C. Marshall while at WVU. He is a long-term Chautauquan. Jerry and his wife Marcia currently serve as Host and Hostess of the Everett Jewish Life Center at Chautauqua Institution.
Dr. Pops will be interviewed by Chautauqua People Producer John Viehe.
