Nick Rizzo, a local chef from Mayville, returns this week with a show is entitled "Asian Flavors.” The program will air on Access Channel 5 at 3:00 and 9:00 PM each day, beginning August 2, and ending on August 8. Rizzo makes roasted pepper soup with crumbled blu cheese, Asian flavored chicken and vegetable packets, citrus and greens salad and almond chai ice cream. Chef Rizzo stresses that the meal can be prepared in about one hour.
The cable program is carried in the following communities: Chautauqua, Mayville, North Harmony, Portland, Ripley, Sherman and Westfield. All cable viewers in the mentioned area can receive Access Channel 5, which is now digital, at channel 5 on a converter, or channel 21.4 on a flat-panel TV with no converter. Access Channel 5 programming is also aired each evening in the Town of Hanover on Cable Channel 12 or Digital Channel 98.3
